耶和華啊，我呼求你，求你快來幫助我；我呼求你的時候，求你留心聽我的聲音。

LORD, I cry unto thee: make haste unto me; give ear unto my voice, when I cry unto thee.

願我的禱告如香陳列在你面前；願我舉手禱告，如獻晚祭。

Let my prayer be set forth before thee as incense; and the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.

耶和華啊，求你禁止我的口，把守我的嘴唇。

Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.

主耶和華啊，我的眼睛仰望你；我投靠你，求你不要將我的靈魂傾倒。

But mine eyes are unto thee, O GOD the Lord: in thee is my trust; leave not my soul destitute.
