耶和華啊，求你可憐我，因為我軟弱。耶和華啊，求你醫治我，因為我的骨頭發戰。

Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I {am} weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed.

我心也大大地驚惶。耶和華啊，你要到幾時才救我呢？

My soul is also sore vexed: but thou, O LORD, how long?

耶和華啊，求你轉回搭救我！因你的慈愛拯救我。

Return, O LORD, deliver my soul: oh save me for thy mercies' sake.

因為，在死地無人記念你，在陰間有誰稱謝你？

For in death {there is} no remembrance of thee: in the grave who shall give thee thanks?

我因唉哼而困乏；我每夜流淚，把床榻漂起，把褥子濕透。

I am weary with my groaning; all the night make I my bed to swim; I water my couch with my tears. {all...: or, every night}

我因憂愁眼睛乾癟，又因我一切的敵人眼睛昏花。

Mine eye is consumed because of grief; it waxeth old because of all mine enemies.

你們一切作孽的人，離開我罷！因為耶和華聽了我哀哭的聲音。

Depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity; for the LORD hath heard the voice of my weeping.

耶和華聽了我的懇求；耶和華必收納我的禱告。

The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer.

我的一切仇敵都必羞愧，大大驚惶；他們必要退後，忽然羞愧。

Let all mine enemies be ashamed and sore vexed: let them return {and} be ashamed suddenly.
