耶和華我的磐石，是應當稱頌的！他教導我的手爭戰，教導我的指頭打仗。

Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:

他是我的慈愛，我的山寨，我的高臺，我的拯救者，我的盾牌，我所投靠的；他使我的民服在我以下。

My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust; who subdueth my people under me.

耶和華啊，人算什麼，你竟認識他？世人算什麼，你竟顧念他？

LORD, what is man, that thou takest knowledge of him! or the son of man, that thou makest account of him!

有這些事的民便為有福！耶和華是這民的　神，這民便為有福！

Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the LORD.
