Isaiah

「那本未尋求我的，我讓他們得尋見；本未求問我的，我讓他們找著；那本未稱為我名下的，我對他們說：我在這裡！我在這裡！

I am sought of them that asked not for me; I am found of them that sought me not: I said, Behold me, behold me, unto a nation that was not called by my name.

我終日伸手招呼那悖逆的百姓，就是那隨自己的意念，行不善之路的人。

I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts;

這百姓時常當面惹我發怒；在園中獻祭，在磚台上燒香；

A people that provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick;

坐在墳塋中，在隱密處住宿，喫豬肉，他們的器皿中有可憎之物的湯；

Which remain among the graves, and lodge in the monuments, which eat swine's flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels;

說：你站在那裡，不要挨近我，因為我比你聖潔！這些人是我鼻中的煙，是終日燃燒的火。

Which say, Stand by thyself, come not near to me; for I am holier than thou. These are a smoke in my nose, a fire that burneth all the day.

看哪，這都寫在我面前；我必不靜默，必要報應；我要將報應施在他們的心中，

Behold, it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their bosom,

就是你們和你們的列祖的罪孽，這是耶和華說的；因為他們在山上燒香，在岡上辱罵我，所以我要先量了報應，施在他們心中。

Your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the LORD, which have burned incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.

耶和華如此說：葡萄中有汁，人就說：不要毀壞它，因為有福在其中；我因我僕人的緣故，也必照樣而行，不將他們全然毀滅。

Thus saith the LORD, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it: so will I do for my servants' sakes, that I may not destroy them all.

我要從雅各中帶出後裔，從猶大中帶出承受我眾山的人；我的選民必承受那地，我的僕人要在那裡居住。

And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there.

沙崙必成為羊的草場，亞割谷必成為牛的臥處；都歸那尋求我的百姓所有。

And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for my people that have sought me.

「但你們這些離棄耶和華、忘記我聖山、給迦得陳設筵席，給米尼澆奠供物的人，

But ye are they that forsake the LORD, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number.

我必命定你們歸於刀下；你們都必屈身被殺；因為我呼喚，你們不應允；我說話，你們不聽從；反倒在我眼前行惡，揀選我所不喜悅的事。

Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.

所以，主耶和華如此說：看哪，我的僕人必吃，你們卻飢餓；我的僕人必喝，你們卻乾渴；我的僕人必快樂，你們卻抱愧；

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:

我的僕人因心中高興而歡呼，你們卻因心裡憂愁而呼喊，並因心裡傷痛而哀哭。

Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.

你們所遺留的名，必給我的選民當作咒詛；主耶和華必殺死你們；但他要給他的僕人另起一個名。

And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen: for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name:

在地上為自己求福的，必憑真實的神求福；地上發誓的，必指真實的神起誓，因為那些先前的苦難已被忘記，也因為這些苦難已從我眼前隱藏了。

That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.

看哪，我造新天新地；從前的事不再被記念，也不再追想。

For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

你們當因我所造的永遠歡喜快樂；因為我造耶路撒冷為人所喜，造其居民為人所樂。

But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create: for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.

我必因耶路撒冷歡喜，因我的百姓快樂；其中必不再聽見哭泣的聲音，和哀號的聲音。

And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the voice of crying.

其中必沒有數日夭亡的嬰孩，也沒有壽命不滿的老人；因為百歲死的仍算孩童，百歲死的罪人算被咒詛。

There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.

他們要建造房屋，自己居住；栽種葡萄園，自己吃其果子；

And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.

不再建造了讓別人住，也不再栽種了讓別人吃；因為我百姓的日子，必像樹木的日子，我選民親手勞碌得來的，必長久享用。

They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.

他們必不徒然勞碌，所生產的也不遭禍患；因為都是蒙耶和華賜福的後裔，他們的子孫也是如此。

They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them.

他們尚未求告，我就應允了；正說話的時候，我便垂聽了。

And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.

豺狼必與羊羔同食，獅子必吃草與牛一樣，塵土必作蛇的食物；在我聖山的遍處，這一切都不傷人，不害物。」這是耶和華說的。

The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.
